Utah Quilt Guild has many local quilt guilds scattered in the State - as well as in Idaho and Wyoming.
Below in the map you'll find cities where at least one local guild meets in person, giving you an opportunity to connect with other quilters in your area.

This membership list is published for the exclusive use of the Utah Quilt Guild as information for current members and for official guild business It is not to be used for commercial purposes, distributed or sold. Any other use of this list is strictly forbidden and will result in loss of membership and /or charges filed

CHAPTER CHARTER FORM

Each Chapter will submit a Chapter Charter form at the first of each year. Any time a chapter changes it's president during a year a new form will need to be submitted.

A total of three (3) members of your chapter need to be members of the Utah Quilt Guild.
#1 being your president. #2 and #3 can be any member of your chapter.

CHAPTER QUILT SHOW or EDUCATION EVENT AWARD MONEY REQUEST FORM

Each Chapter of the Utah Quilt Guild may apply for award money for a Quilt Show or education event that the chapter is sponsoring.
Award money varies by the number of State guild members in the local guild. For 3-9 members - the award money is $50. For 10-39 members - the award money is $100, for 40 or more members - the award money is $300.
Award Money must be used for awards and/or prizes or for an education event. Checks not cashed within 90 days after issue date, will not be valid

Application should be submitted to Utah Quilt Guild approximately (2) months before proposed show. This will allow the UGQ Board time to approve and process the application.

Group must be a Chartered Chapter of UQG (see the chapter charter form above).

* Do not use this from for Area Show money request. Only the UQG board member over the area where the show is located in can submit for Area Show funds.
